On Friday
evening (10 January 2014) my mother came and picked me straight away from
school. To my surprise my maternal grandpa was there in the car and appa told
that he was accompanying with us for the trip. First we planned our journey to
my uncle's home in Trichy.
We went via Guindy and we prayed in Iraniyamman Koil
for safer journey and head towards south of Tamilnadu.
I started having my food
inside the car which was bought from Hot Chips and it was a mini meal. My
grandpa and I started our usual thing, quarrelling with each other. We were waited
for the sun to set as I thought of taking silhouette pictures of a dry tree.
Near Madhuranthagam Lake we located a place
which was very shady with big banyan trees. I took silhouettes of my taste.
After the sun set, my grandpa asked for home
packed soft idlis with coriander seed chutney which was brown in colour. There
are no words to narrate the taste of the yummy coriander seed chutney with soft
home made idlis. When my grandpa told
this comment, my tongue started rolling for the dinner and I too had it. At the
sleeping time of 10 pm, we reached our uncle's house in Trichy. When I saw my
cousin I thought of playing inside the house and mu cousin brought bat and a
ball. Around 45 minutes we were playing cricket. I left my victory to my cousin
as he was too small. Around 11 p.m we
went to bed.
